We currently ship within Australia only (including regional areas). International shipping is not available at this time.

We partner with trusted couriers (e.g., Australia Post, Toll, or Aramex) for deliveries:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas) | 5–10+ business days (regional/remote).
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas only, additional fees apply).
- Click & Collect: Free pickup from our warehouse/store (location details provided after purchase).

Shipping will be calculated according to your location.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery through the courier’s website.

- Failed Deliveries: If you’re unavailable, the courier may leave a card for pickup.
- Incorrect Addresses: Update your details at checkout. Reshipping fees may apply for errors.
